Get Ready to Dive into a World of Knowledge!
Experience exclusive one-on-one cheese tastings, wine pairings, charcuterie board workshops and more culinary delights with Chef Amber Landry, former cheese monger from St. James Cheese and Abby Roccaforte, certified WSET wine expert and shop owner. Explore the art of cheese and meat pairing with delightful accoutrements. You will learn how to arrange items on a board while sampling different cheeses and cured meats and hearing about their histories. You will also be guaranteed to find a new favorite wine or cheese before leaving our class! Classes usually last about an hour and a half to two hours max. You will receive 15% off after each class for any item in the shop. Demonstrations and workshops will usually be a standing event and tastings will be seated so we can move around easily. Please let us know if you have any food allergies, or need special requirements for class at least 24 hours before so we can accommodate your request to the best we can. Please bring a beverage of choice if you would like as we will have water, bread or crackers, and a few other snacks.
