Join us on Thursday, Feb 13th at 6:30PM for a live charcuterie board demonstration with a hands-on explanation about the art of assembling a visually appealing and flavorful charcuterie board, typically featuring a variety of cured meats, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, nuts, crackers, and other accompaniments, with instruction on flavor pairings, and creative presentation methods to create a gourmet grazing platter for your guest to enjoy!

Grab your friends or family and come hang out and and learn all things charcuterie! Wine samples and water will be provided, please bring any other beverage of your choice.

Reservations are required. Please sign up at least 48 hours before class to prepare your space. Cancellations less than 24 hours from event will not be refunded.
